The Phoenix Suns were an early expansion team, entering the NBA in 1968. They were kind of pathetic. This changed in the 1990s when the team had a record-setting thirteen consecutive Championship appearances. Stars of the sport like Charles Barkley, and coach Dan Majerle dragged the team, quite literally, out of Arizona’s red dust.
The 2000s were again a bit shameful but the team is back at the forefront today giving great entertainment and jaw-dropping plays. People that don’t respect the Suns obviously don’t know shit about basketball. The franchise has one of the best winning records in the league and they’re only moving up.
