I remember reading an article on ESPN recently calling the Buffalo Sabres the NHL’s biggest disaster. That’s kind of rough. Something about a lack of success translating to lower ticket sales. Um… couldn’t the global pandemic or whatever the fuck they are calling it now have something to do with that?
Buffalo’s on the rise! That’s what fans scream around the ice rink. As far as I’m concerned, all the long-suffering “fans” who have dropped off weren’t fans to begin with. Buffalo hasn’t won a Stanley Cup but they’re one of the oldest teams in the league and have had some of the most powerful lineups in NHL history.
